The hotel offers fast Wi-Fi, a nice value, and a variety of food at the reasonable breakfast. the room is tidy with a pleasant view. - the staff is excellent and efficient, always on hand. - the location is convenient, being next to shopping malls, the beach, and nice restaurants or fast food establishments.

The hotel was clean and had very pleasant and amiable staff at the reception desk. Loved our king room with all the amenities and nice views, as example. Having a shower, hairdryers, and complimentary toiletries was a bonus.

Well, Wi-Fi was pretty slow.

had a nice stay for one night, glad i've chosen it. i appreciated the staff, they were very-very nice and pleasant people. the room was brand-new and quiet and the bed exceptionally comfortable. central heating, a private safe, and a flat-screen tv were included. the location was central, favourable near airport for quick transfers. this hotel met my needs in every way, do recommend.

Pretty standard and modern hotel with affable staff at the reception desk, everything was excellent. I got a big room with private bathroom. The location in a fairly quiet area was GOOD and there were a large shopping center and shopping centers nearby. I was surprised at nearby Cafe & Te, they had some goodies, drinks.

It was an upscale hotel, I will definitely go back there again. Unbeatable and favourable location close to metro stop, met my requirements.

We stayed for five nights, four before our cruise and one after. The front desk reception was very helpful and the buffet breakfast was excellent! The room was very clean and the location to the metro was very convenient. The hotel is 2 minutes from the Gran Via shopping center and there are plenty of buses and a train station nearby. Excellent!

The room was comfortable and had nice air conditioning. The staff at Ac Hotel Som By Marriott were friendly and allowed us to check in early.

The staff were very polite and observant, I even forgot my bag in the dinning room and they spotted it belonged to me - very impressive. The car park was not too expensive to use and secure. Free drinks in the room, well appreciated. Easy access to the Metro and to large shopping complex with various restaurants. Breakfast was splendid too. Didn't get time to go to the gym because I was busy. Clean, free internet in lobby. Good supply of daily personal toileteries. Daily supply of clean towels. Room cleaned everyday. Good sized room, modern design.

I would have liked to have ironing facilities bt this was availabke only to be done by staff for a fee. The clothes would have been available the next day but I wanted to go out to dinner with it. It would also be good if they could add shower cap to the toiletries.

Some gluten-free bread for breakfast would have been nice (very common in Spain), it is not a question of principles but of allergy.

I had a great value for my money at this hotel. The room was nice and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The location was also very convenient, with a shopping center nearby and easy access to buses and trains.
